Here it is Monday and not a word on the Dawgs/War Eagle game. I'm a Dawg and I was really disappointed in this game. Neither team looked like they wanted to win the game. I'm sure the War Eagles were looking toward the game with UA and I don't know what the Dawgs were thinking. Our defense looked like they were asleep during parts of the game. I'm looking forward to the UA vsAU game. If the War Eagles get beat, does anyone think ole wingnut will be gone????

I am really fed up with losing games that we could have won were it not for dumb decisions from the sidelines....4th and 2 for AU at the geogia 22 yard line with 4:02 left...first we run out a field goal whose confidence has long since been decimated by Tubs...then somebody figures out that a field goal is not worth 4 points which is what we needed.....to assume that we would get the ball back is quite a stretch with the new speeded up clock...so what do we do....send the offense back in and heave one into the endzone when we could have just gotten our 2 yds and first down....continued to drive the ball and take time off the clock and possibly get into the end zone and win the game...the coaching staff really exposed the inner workings of their brains on that one and several others....as I have said before....time to get out the broom....clean house top to bottom....

How about numerous out-of-bounds kick-offs leaving our competitors with a 60 yard field to work with? I totally agree with you on the abysmal play- calling and will never understand Fannin on the sidelines for the last 2 drives but jeeezzz, don't the players have to share some of the responsibility? Tubs was not the one kicking the ball. Sorry, just "struck a nerve."

...don't know anything about his high school record...just felt that what he did in Gainesville his freshman year qualified him as a valid and competent kicker.....as for the kickoffs out of bounds, he was a victim of the poochie....poochie....poochie......if told to pooch away from a particular player, the odds are greater that he kick out of bounds unless he is specifically told to keep in the center of the field(which would be rare)....the pooch kick on kickoffs almost every single time is a product of stupidity anyway....sorry my feelings are a bit extreme right now....I have been a supporter of Tubs for a long time, but I have seen enough...my confidence in the coaching on the plains rigjht now is down to nil....,.....

OMG!!....I have become one of those fans that I have always hated....mad because we are not winning...guess I need to chill out and better appreciate how hard the players and coaches are working to remedy the situation....

I think all of us AU fans are a little on edge. Losing stupidly will do that to a fan.I have always been a staunch Tubby fan however, I really am dumfounded at play selection, player selection and just the whole mess that is Auburn Football. Oh well, just 1 more game and I can probably get back off my blood pressure medication.
