I would like to personally thank BigFoot for setting up and administering the Football Pools. Here deserves several free beers for his effort and I will one day pay him such.
Now if he would go ahead and admit my Hot Dogs were better than Rudes I would actually provide him with a complimentary bottle of his favorite liquor. LOL
To all the other pool participants I enjoyed the harassment back and forth during the season and could not wait till Monday to read Big Foots analogy of the past weeks result then all the back in forth comments, made several of my Mondays to read such and get a great laugh.
To bamabob (as somebody said bama the greek) great job and you ought to head to Vegas and bet the farm or at least play craps for a couple of hours.
Hopefully one day placing we can all get together and place a face with your alias.

I agree. Even though "Louie the Cat" went missing when I started to make my picks this was fun and gave me something to think about besides AU's lack of a season. When do we start March Madness?

My thanks to BigFoot as well. The pool was great! I know everyone's busy but for me it kinda just added 1 more task to my busy schedule but it was well worth the enjoyment.
Thanks MAVERICK...but if I was betting any dough...I would finish dead last and loose it all.
BigFoot...do you already have a plan for March Madness? I've played around with some tournament pools before...have been dismal before too, although I once had 3 in the final four. Do you know how it will work, ie. will you select the bullet for the team all the way to the championship like ESPN's?

Hello all...thanks for the kind words...I have been out of town again for a few days...again in an internet vacuum....bamabob, as for the March Madness pool, it will be pretty much like you are taking about....you will fill in your brackets with projected winners all the way through to the championship game....you will be awarded points on a progressive basis for all correct pick placements.....the one with highest point total wins...again a tiebreaker score may be needed to settle ties...we can probably use Pooltracker again and not have to re-register

BigFoot, we missed you. I checked the sports forum on Sunday and Monday for some "MB", but found none. Well, to be more truthful, I found none from you. What a bummer. You have us hooked now and you will have to post some kind of results each weekend. Give us water fluctuations, global warning reversals, GPS eagle sitings, something.

Thanks, Lakngulf...but I think my forte is reporting on forum prognostication albeit narrow in scope...yeah, that's my niche...summarizing feats of forum pickers....finally found a job where I am not squeezed by the competition!
