Lake Conditions Message
Effective - 3/16/2009
Due to recent rains, a temporary variance has been approved to allow the pool at Logan Martin to rise to summer pool elevation of 465. This will be about 3.0 feet above its normal elevation. Lake elevations are always subject to change, depending on conditions.
Special Operations Message

Heavy rainfall is forecast across the state today and into Saturday, with much of that rainfall predicted to impact areas along Alabama Power Company lakes; as a result, flood control operations are possible. Individuals with water-related equipment and facilities should be alert to changing conditions and be prepared to take the necessary steps to protect their property.
