i think i've messed up pretty good this time. i was changing the sparkplugs and they will get so tight and then i can feel it give and it just keeps turnin. how do i go about fixin this? any help is greatly appreciated

All of them? Surely not! If what I understand from your post, you probably overtigtened the plugs, and stripped the threads. What engine do you have?

Not sure what you mean when you say "Sleeve" a sparkplug hole. Heli-coil is threaded insert you place in the whole.

A stripped plug hole is not a simple fix. Take it to CatHouse or somebody trained to make the repair correctly, assuming you are not experienced in this area. More money, but, a lot more peace of mind later.
