ROUND 1: At the conclusion of the Friday night games, it is very clear that we've been daubed....by the MUDDAUBER who sits alone at the top of the pack having snagged a lofty 26 points out of a possible 32. Even more incredulous is his point potential at
112 puts the 'dauber in great shape for tougher rounds to come. Also of note is that he currently ranks 165 out of thousands on a
site-wide basis at pooltracker....but enough about the mudman, only one point behind with 25 points and in sole possession of
2nd place is the ever-tough SMITTY followed by AJ'S DAD, JLAZC, and TALISI each having garnered 24 points and in a 3-way tie for
third place. NOW...things get tougher as we move into round 2 for the games on Saturday and Sunday. Also, I will be putting together a sweet 16 pool Sunday night as a 'bailout' for some
and another chance to 'showout' for others...interestingly, everyone in our pool still has the full point potential for
the final four....we'll see if that still holds up Sunday night.. congrats to the frontrunners!

Good job dauber! That was an impressive first round, but no one saw Cleveland State (another George Mason??) coming. Personally, I like it when my bracket is shot so I can start pulling for ALL the underdogs.
