Pier 59 is a restaurant and lounge/bar. It is located off of County Road 54 otherwise known as The Dam Road. It's one of the local hang outs on the week ends. They usually have a live band. It is on the water so boaters can pull up and enjoy their favorite beverage and food. I hope this helps.

It's a bar basically. Not the kind of place I want to hang around with the kids.

I like to ride down to pier 59 either by land or water, and get their chicken fingers and fries. The cheeseburgers are great to but, be sure to look over the menu, I carried some friends down their last summer on the boat, one of them actually grabbed a menu and ordered some shrimp dish that smelled awsome. I have yet to try it, but it's still on my list of things to try. They do not allow children after 10:00p.

I have and do takee the kids during the day but when the sun goes down its eithr on the back deck or not at all.....
