I know ya'll missed me! I got chickens recently and they are a handfull. Hey John, you want fresh eggs to sell? I hear the fish are on the humps early in the morning. Anyone know where I can get some shad? I also need some fish for a big fish fry Sunday. I'm ready for the "what, you can't catch them?" comments and no, the answer is no. Lets have a chicken coop building party at the farm! WooHoo!

You can buy shad at fish tales bait and tackle on 280 in alex city. 8-10 inches and 18$ a dozen.

You can buy gizzard shad at the Dadeville farmers market too, if available. Opens Sundays at noon else 7am.

Dadeville Farmers market will have new gizzard shad tommorow by 3. Going in the morning. We also have fresh shrimp,oysters,tilapia,catfish and the best ribeyes and filets that you have ever put in your mouth,just ask stripernut.
