Previously Melissahau77 had posted information on this forum that her family intended to buy the old Marina Bay property.
Well.... The sign out fron has finally been changed to read "coming soon RV and Cabin rentals".
So apparently everything is working out for them, I just hope the resturant opens soon.

It is my understanging that the owners of Logans Landing has bought the property (this is from the previous owner) and they are planning on renting out the rv spots and the small cabins (gurks?). I hope they plan on serving food.

I hope they hurry and take advantage of the summer..... I would hate for them to get everything together and it be after Labor day. and they have to go all winter without any consistant business.

I don't see them making much this season. The place is in such a mess. To prep rv spots alone would take weeks. If done on the lines on Logans Landing, it will be a class act. That takes time to do, but not impossible to start making money by the end of summer.

I am not 100% about the "old Alpine Bay", it is just down the road and the old Marina Bay location.
Is the old Marina Bay the same as the old Alpine Bay?

Marina Bay is the old Alpine Bay.
According to what I just read in the above post, the store and restaurant won't be open to the public, what a shame. Oh well, one less place to spend what few dollars I have left.

We have a place at Logan Landing and the word there is that the restaurant at Marina Bay will be taken down and not rebuilt. Logan Landing has a restaurant and Marina Bay can use it.
