pontoon strobe light

My pontoon came with a white strobe light on the back right hand side. The light quit last summer and cannot find a replacement or anyone that knows much about them. Most auto applications are designed to be on top of the vehicle. This light needs to face(shine)backwards.

Is it a strobe base bulb or is it a control head type?
