Wash unpeeled, shrimp and drain well.
Melt 1 stick real, salted butter over low heat
Add 1 tablespoon sliced, fresh garlic
After butter melts, add 1/4 cup olive oil
Remove from heat and add juice from 1 large lemon (about 1/4 cup)

Pour mixture over shrimp and marinate for 1 to 4 hours in refrigerator.

Soak bamboo skewers in water and skewer shrimp. Grill to taste (about 2 mins per side) and enjoy.

To serve, we melt another stick of butter with 1/2 tablespoon fresh garlic,
Add juice of 1 lemon and use as dipping sauce.

Welcome. It is. Ain't had no company complain bout em.
Might be heresay in this group, but I grill with gas. Way our work lives are, we'd not get around to grilling with charcoal if I didn't. As is with gas, we grill year round 2-3 times per week.
btw, I also have a basket and grill lots of veggies as well.
