Hey, Houseboat. You might be interested in looking at this site that talks about Sea Camper Houseboats. They are no longer made but I understand there is one on Lake Martin.

They are rather small but very practical for a small family that wants to spend a night or 2 on the water. The best time to be on the water is after everyone else goes home. I wrote about our houseboat trip in 2000 and it is on the webb labeled "Beautiful River" if anyone is interested. It is a great way for a family to spend time together. I am debating whether or not to rent our 32' houseboat on Lake Jordan. Any suggestions and precautions welcome.

This is the only Seacamper I Know of on the lake. If you know of another please E-mail me or call me. I collect them.
