as a side dish while the steak is "resting" and the Caesar Salad is being plated.
Cut Zuchini lengthwise into quarters or smaller, brush with olive oil, sprinkle with Tony's (or similar). Grill over the Steak fire for about 4 minutes, flip once, serve.

That is some good eating.......for a different twist , sprinkle a small amount of Aged Cherry Balsalmic Vinegar on the cooked squash after you take it up........

I use regular balsamic with thyme and olive oil. Also halve/quarter vidalia onions, red & green bell peppers or poblanos if you have the courage, yellow squash, broccoli. Score the squash and let marinate for 1/2 -1 hr.

Cherry Balsamic? I'll bet you get it at the Piggly-Wiggly :-)
