does anyone know of a web site or someone local where i can get factory replacement seats for an old ski boat,( its a centurion inobard ski boat.)

Overtons maybe. But they are pricey.

Take them to Dukes on 231. He does great work and he's reasonable. He can rebuild them for you.

Try boatingseats.com. I installe d a new interior in my bass boat this season and bought seats and carpet from them. It was the least expensive place I could find, and I did my homework. The carpet was 1/2 the price Dukes wanted for the carpet. Hope this helps.
