I was ill Sat nite, couldn't sleep. Went online and the results were posted at 2:30 am.
I find it humorous. College football is one sport I have followed thru the years. Couldn't tell that by my picks so far. BBall, I have not followed at all, and did well with the picks. Makes me wonder if "gut" feelings aren't really the best answers.

You may be on to something 'dauber with the "gut feel" thing...I have never done very well with picking winners of either sport but I have learned a bit about some of the teams through playing the pools....but college football is just so crazy..so many surprises almost every week..guess that's what makes it so much fun....

BB, that's a shocker!! I was surprised that Bama is not a bigger favorite than that...right now, I believe UF would have a hard time beating Bama--even with a healthy Tebow. However, I do see some factors that could make the KY game a tad more complicated than it first appears..but so long as Bama does not go up there expecting to coast, KY should be in for another long Saturday.

I need to stop listening to the 'radio pundits'. One guy was talking about the 3 most improved teams in the country last week. Washington, Miami and Auburn. I don't even like Miami, and I picked them over Va. Tech with a half point spread, good grief!

If Va. Tech is as good as they now appear to be after demolishing Miami, then perhaps Alabama should be ranked No. 1...a tough assessment from an insane War Eagle fan!

From a truly 'divided' household, that is high praise. Son at Auburn, daughters are Ole Miss rebelettes, and I'm a Bama grad! We are an all SEC family with extended members who are grads from South Carolina, Vandy, and Georgia! Fall is NOT FUN!

OK Bigfoot...you misunderstood. BB is installing the wildcat into his offense after that terrible prognosticating effert last week.
I think Bama just might be deserving of their ranking. I know that any given day in the SEC you can get beat...but I think Bama may just prove their ranking in Lexington Saturday.
