You can also google it and make your own. I don't know the content of the brine at Catherine's, but many are very high is salt as the name suggests. There are recipes avaible with low salt content that use cider, vinegar, mustard, olive oil and other varieties of ingredients. I use my own mixture of  the above along with some spices....the recipe  changes depending on what I'm going to make and how I plan to make it.
