Motor weighs about 84 pounds. Only me aboard and in the back, the front of the boat was well out of the water but not unmanageable. Another adult up front, boat leveled off well. I had reinforced the transom with new plywood and metal plating. Seemed to handle with no problem. Still keeping my eye out for any signs of stress.
