John Patrick @ Coach Kraft is currently redoing all the cushions for my Larson including the sundeck pad. Have had a number of small jobs done by him and have always been more than satisfied with his work and timely delivery. He called me this morning with an unsolicited update on the progress of my job. We need more people who know that communication with the customer is the key to long term business relationships.
