My name is John H, Dick will remember me; I purchased his old MC Scow and became a member for a short time.  I am a member of Southern Yacht Club in New Orleans and race avidly on a J92S.  SYC is starting an MC OD class and I traded my Scow for a Vanguard 15 to use on Lake Martin.  I considered the new Zim 15 but 10,000 compared to free made the decision much easier.  Zim told me someone from Lake Martin had just purchased a Zim 15, I was trying to find out if that was true.  It would be a great boat for LM, although the cost of entry would be high.  Another idea, if the Vanguard 15 is becoming obsolete, they can be had cheap; start a Vanguard 15 class!!
