Subject:   Goat Island is a non regulated petting zoo

How is it all the zoos are shut down but there are people running an unregulated petting zoo on Goat Island?  They are profiting off merchandise sales while exposing people during a pandemic.  How does Alabama Power and the state allow a petting zoo and a merchandise business run from public property that doesn’t have to follow any regulations that are required by all other zoos?
