I have to agree with you Goofy. Development has been and will continue to be as APCO, Russell Lands and private owners sell land they own. I've said this before, everyone wants their house to be the last one built on the lake. Once they have theirs they are now officially opposed to any others being built. Having said that, not all developments make sense or should be built. But those that have invested in land on the lake should be able to monetize that investment but in a responsible way. So not all development is good and should be approved but opposing it just because of concerns about development is not something I am going to do.
