Anybody on here have any experience with this type cooking? My bride just returned from shopping with a SAM's rotisserie chicken for dinner. Not the first time, for sure, nor the last. Have mercy, those things are good, even to bone it and make chicken salad. I have tried chicken on a Weber, chicken on a smoker, etc, but the results were not as good as that at Sams?? Sad day, but true. My attempts have always been dry, bland and not very good.
