I've just recently reviewed several of the postings on the Lake Martin forum. My conclusion is Alabama Power has a credibility problems with property owners on both Lake Martin and Smith Lake. I personally believe that the one year permit by FERC for Smith Lake is just the beginning of permitting difficulties across Alabama Power. I'm going to stay tuned!
