Hey CRD, you have been around this forum a long time. I suggest you try to find a post where I gave Obama, Trump or any other politician credit for good things in the economy or blame for bad things. The president can encourage and institute policy that encourages economic advances, but in the final analysis it is the market place, not the president, that determines what the economy does. Now it is a fact that the last year of obama had an average job growth 30,000 higher than the monthly average in Trumps first year. Why? It ain't Obama or Trump. It is because we are nearing full employment...the growth of jobs is slowing because most people who want to work are working, the pool is getting shallower. The help wanted signs are out but fewer warm bodies are interested.
And
Hey Fly fish, it is a bad and sad and scary sign when when a thinking person seeks ways to silence dessenting voices. The truth hurts don't it?
