Seems to me that I get charged for taxes on Amazon already. I use it because I can comparison shop for something in one easy place and I don't have to drive around. That kind of convenience is what makes them successful and why Bezos is worth a gazillion dollars. Other on-line vendors are mabe not so diligent and will be impacted. I suspect over time people will adjust and on-line sales will continue to grow. So if these stocks dropped it may be a good opportunity to buy assuming all their other business fundamentals are sound.
But it the brick and mortar retailers think this is their salvation they have another thing coming.
