and regardless of your economic and political philosophy, it is easy for me to understand how an MD who has compassion, a first rate education, and religiously grounded ethics could have a negative opinion of the Clintons...it is impossible for me to understand how that same person could not have an even more negative opinion of Donald Trump!!
