I personally believe Trump is taking the right approach. Whatever is being reported by the media is what they assess what is happening; however, when you think about the Middle East, and the Saudis in particular, there is likely going on more behind the scenes than what is happening on the surface. The Saudis are in a tricky place with the Kingdom - the possibility of their King being overthrown and taken over by radical Muslims is very real. Don't forget that executions are not offensive to the Kingdom - we do not have the same human rights values. Some people believe ours are worse....
But why should Trump start cancelling multibillion dollar contracts which are of benefit to Americans, beneficial to our national security, and beneficial to the Middle East? The "victim" was a Saudi citizen, not an American. And they dealt with him on Saudi property in line with Saudi laws.
