Honestly, from my personal perspective, it would be neat if the rumor was true.

From my fisherman's mind it would be interesting to get a visual on all that bottom stuff I see on my graph.

Launches would be easier repaired or lengthened.

Equipment could more easily access and dredge ( up to what APCO allows) for those folks who have places in shallow areas and have no water during low water times.

I see much good that could come from lowering the water 7 to 10 feet more than winter level, on occasion.
