I met today with the APCO permit guy for my pier reconstruction. A very pleasant experience! Very nice and cooperative. The way things were a few years ago are not at all the same these days.

If you are doing a project, just ask them. They are just as interested in helping you make your property nice as you are. I hope you have as great an experience as I did.
