Hey Joe. Welcome to the forum.

I have never owned a place on a leased lot, but I have a lot of friends that have. They all tell me the same thing.... just remember that you are buying the trailer or building and you are renting the land. Do not confuse the two and pay a premium for the land that you will end up paying again for once a month. You gotta keep em separated.

I will also add this. Deep water is very important. Alabama power did not add that little dotted red line called a variance to our water level graphs for fun. We are locked in a battle for water levels. Our future looks bleak without strong support.
