Welcome In responce to your question about lease lots. They do pop up often, what you need to be aware of is the location , who ownes the park , Is it a live in park .Some parks allow you to live year round and some dont. The up keep and class of people is more important than the mobile home. We have one park close to my home thats looks good from the water but when you go by road its more like a meth lab. Email me if you like and I can tell you what I lnow about the mobile home parks on the lake.
