This was taken from the SELOC manual.
36. Tighten the 3/8 in.-16 nuts securing the lower unit to the intermediate housing to 55 ft. lbs. (75 Nm).

37. Tighten the 7/16 in.-20 nuts or bolts securing the lower unit to the intermediate housing to 65 ft. lbs. (88 Nm).

38. Tighten the trim tab bolt to 25 ft. lbs. (34 Nm).
