For the better part of a year, we have been developing a "Point Of Interest" database. It is basically an attempt to catalog anything and everything of interest on Lake Martin so that people can find things and learn about the geography and location of landmarks they may not be familiar with. Since Independence Day weekend is upon us, I want to debut this feature with something that has been brought up several times on this forum. Rope Swings! One has been placed on the map. If you know locations of other rope swings, feel free to share those on the map. Be sure you click and drag the map to the actual position. We're working on developing other interesting Points Of Interest. Stay tuned!
