We have ours with Travelers (fortunately did not have to use it this time).
Our rates are low but it does depend upon which level of flood zone you
are in. The FEMA maps show that and the appraiser for your refi can
also tell you. If you are actually in a FEMA flood zone, you nor the mortgage
company have any choice, you must have the coverage. Hope this helps.
