I don't wonder at all. First of all this is Irma, not Harvey. Irma is a wind event whereas Harvey was always said to be a rain event. As of right now it is basically a one day rain event for us so why would they lower the lake drastically? My weather channel weatherap shows 30% chance Sunday, 100% money, and 20‰ Tuesday. But mostly I know that they know a hellava lot more than I do about how to control the water so I don't waste time wondering about things that just don't matter.
