CEO.....I couldn't care less what you have to say. I don't require your good graces either. You're answering these posts because you want to. If not....you'd just not bother with it. : D

I am the original person of complaint. Yes....some of my good neighbors did move away......but I will not. Would you? You think just because people want to party til they puke.....that I'm supposed to move out of my home?

For your info.......How is a person supposed to tell the future.....and be able to tell if a marina.....that has been in business since the 1960's, and never been a problem.....will all of a sudden.....go into show biz? : D
You got the answer for that? All we thought was......it was going to remain a marina. Nothing wrong with that. It 's just the constant outdoor karaoke that is the problem.....and the same reason I am going for a noise ordinance and zoning laws.

And NO........You can't paint this into a personal thing.......it's a neighborhood thing.........

When in court.....we asked for a monetary settlement for lawyer and court costs. Wouldn't you? Of course you would.
