Just read in the Times-Picuyane newspaper website that 'they' are blaming the rash of murders the past few weeks (6 this weekend) on FEMA. Seems that FEMA stopped 'unemployment payments' a few weeks ago (after almost a year) and the proud citizens of New Orleans are moving back home and taking up their old trade --drugs.

Gotta blame somebody for your failures.
