I do not remember who said it, but at one time some wrote something along the lines of if you disagree with a law or feel it unconstitutional -  implement in fully and enforce it completely - Then the law will change because the law as written or defined by a judge will be replaced quickly because of the intended or not results of a poorly written rule/ruling.
