What would be the closest public ramp to Stillwaters to pull out a 24 foot pontoon boat when the water is low, about 6-8 feet down? I don't want to wait too long in season to take it out close by. Seems they lengthened some during the low water a while back?.

Also, anybody know how low the Harbour Point ramp can still be used? It requires a $150 annual pass though.
