Advertise floating dock??? Promote, promote, promote!! Ditto on the next reply. New ideas, new people, new menu, new business model. If you tell me help is hard to find I will tell you there is a college 25 min down the road. Pay enough, and recruit in Auburn for help. This is not rocket science! It takes a ton of hard work to own and run a business. The successful owners always know how to think outside the box, the failures blame everything and everyone for their failures. If you plan on running a business,,, better plan on it being your life for at least 5 years 24/7/365. You can't hire a manager to make yourself successful. It also takes money. Sorry to rant. Just amazes me how people will invest so much money in a start up and after a few months think the folks they hired will run it while you leave to vacation in Rome for a few months.
