Wikopedia... the site where anyone can write anything and add it with no screening at all? The one where people make a game out of adding the outrageous... ?

I'll take Snopes any day, even if they are sometimes incorrect. Snopes was around long before this last political round, so I doubt they have any hidden political agenda. It's no news that it was started by a husband and wife as a hobby.

I read snopes in good fun. I would never take it as the official bottom line for anything, but I do think they are very good at busting some of the "urban" legends that get sent around.
