I was able to track down where to report mosquito problems and wanted to pass this along for future reference:

Alabama Power Reservoir Information System:

Information Line: 1-800-525-3711, In Birmingham, call 257-1077.

Then follow these simple instructions:

To report a mosquito or aquatic weed problem...
Press 2

This will put you into the environmental affairs department. This is an automated voice messaging system that you can report your problem to.

I hope you all report any mosquito problems you are having in the blue creek area so they will come take care of these little critters.
