Apparently there are hundreds of them being created to try and steal personal information for identity theft purposes. According to Kathleen Sebellius of Health and Human Services the best way to detect a fraudulent website is if you can successfully log on. All good comedy has an element of truth....thanks to Jay Leno for that one.
