right ... he says the ups and down of the stock market are meaningless ... but a dip in his pole numbers send him scrambling.

Binden is claiming credit for this bear rally ... believe me i like it and we needed it and hope it continues ... but Biden is now saying they own the economy. If he wants to say their policies are making the market rise after the worst decline in the first two months of any president ... then great. we should not hear any more excuses or blaming Bush. they can't have it both ways.
