I am sure that if your testimony was as forthright and eloquent as your post the judge will recognize this and weigh testimony accordingly.

Unfortunately with the deep pockets and strong ties of your opponents the 'fix may be in'. I wish you, and co-plaintiffs the best of luck. Hopefully, no appeal will be necassary, but if it is I think your chances are better the further away from Montgomery that you get.
