Your point is lost on me.  No where did I say that I thought slavery was right.  But I would say that blacks have come a long way from slavery and even a long way since the Civil Rights Act was signed into law in 1964.  I am questioning why their history requires a separate and distinct museum from that of American History.  Yes, slavery is part of our history - doesn't make it right, but it is there and we can't pretend it isn't. 

Copperline, you can make me out to be a racist, but I'm not.  I'll bet I've done much more for equal opportunity than you ever have.  I'll stand on my record.
