Does it seem odd to anyone else that Jeh Johnson, Director of Homeland Security, went on all the talk shows to speak on the new threat to U.S. shopping malls at the same time the DHS budget is being voted on by Congress?  The reports I saw indicated that this was a
"new video", but in thinking about it, how do I know it is a new video?  It made me think about the old
"red, amber, green" threat levels that the previous Administration used every time there was something unfavorable to the Administration in the offing.  I don't like being manipulated by politicians when it comes to our national threat level. 

I always just assume these days that any time I go out into public that it's possible that I will be confronted with some kind of threat - terrorists, criminals, crazy people with a grievance.
