snubs Biden's voter's rights rally.  He's of no use to her anymore.  She'll probably run against him in 2024.  Although I have no idea what her qualifications are that she should be President.

This is how the voters rights thing seems to me:  first you convince Black people that they are being prevented from voting because can't vote remotely and need a valid ID.  Then you get them to turn out in numbers to vote for you so you can preserve their rights - and you come up with legislation to "assure their voting rights", and then they realize that you aren't doing anything for black people and they turn their back on you.
