Actually, uslakes.info is a business owned by Bruce Pate, who owns lakemartin.com. It is not a public or government entity. Bruce runs boards like this for lakes all over the U.S.

As for censoriing, he has to protect himself from lawsuits. If he left up posts critical of The Cove, or other establishments -- he would leave himself open to a lawsuit.

At least that's the only reason I can think of that he would delete the posts.
