Maybe we can institute a higher professional fee on medical providers to fix the gap in the budget, apparently doctors are getting huge payments back from insurance companies and we need to redistribute that income back around to the poor, dont see doctors driving 20 year old cars and can apparently afford to own lake property, you need to check your white privilage.
