In Ga. the Leasee is responsible for the taxes, it may not be that way in Al. but the power lakes are owned by the same Co. At Pleasure Point ,since it was a sublease I was not responsible for the taxes. But I would imagine that is subject to change when the lease is up for renewal in 2007. I would never have another place on a piece of land that I do not own, to much insecurity.
